Mission Statement

Incidence of malnutrition is quite prevalent in the senior population due to:
Limited income
Isolation/loneliness/depression
Disease
Food insecurity
Mouth/dental problems
Mobility Issues

The primary mission of the Skagit County’s Senior Nutrition and Meals on Wheels Program is to provide services to meet the priority issue of hunger that exists among citizens residing in Skagit County.
